Tororo, Uganda: Ninety-seven young people have completed an intensive six-month training programme at Busitema University in Tororo district, intended to provide them with marketable skills. As a cloud filled with smoke hovers above the Aden Ade International Airport in Somali capital Mogadishu. Details coming in indicate that 5 UPDF officers have perished in the helicopter crash which involved a Ugandan military chopper. The helicopter was part of the African Union Transition Mission In Somalia went down shortly after attempting to land at the Aden Adde Airport while enroute from the Baledogle military airbase. In the news this afternoon, a Ugandan Military supporting the African Union Somali Stabilization Mission has crashed at the Aden Adde International Airport in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu. The crash took place inside the specifically inside the Halane Base Camp, which houses foreign nationals, diplomats, and military personnel from several countries, including the United States.
