Owing to the Kiteezi landfill collapse on 9th August 2024 which killed over 30 people, several injured, missing and majority displaced, an IGG report pointed hands of negligence on three top bosses of the Kampala Capital City Authority; Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka, her Deputy Eng David Luyimbaazi and the health director Dr Daniel Ojok.
Giving reference to the IGG report which he was given with enough details, president Museveni fired the three directors and replaced them three days later with Frank Rusa Nyakaana as acting Executive Director, Dr Sarah Zalwango as Director Health and Robert Nowere as Deputy Executive Director.
