Three legislators who were netted on Monday over corruption related issues have been presented to the Anti-Corruption Court this evening for mentioning of the cases and to know where fate will take them today.
This comes after they spend two nights inside the cells of Kira police station in Wakiso district as detectives were combing for every available evidence to pin the three MPS Cissy Namujju [Lwengo District], Yusuf Mutembuli [Bunyole East] and Paul Akamba of Busiki county.

It started with the three recording statements at the CID headquarters in Kibuli but they were questioned and quizzed and the investigations also continued to their homes where reports indicate that some exhibits were picked from their homes and could be the reason they have been presented in court today.
If they don’t manage to Get bail today, the three MPs will sleep in Luzira today like it happened during the Mabaati scandal where Minister Amos Lugoloobi and two former Ministers Agnes Nandutu and Mary Goreti Kitutu were presented to the Anti-Corruption Court but were sent to Luzira until there were granted bail.
