Senior Presidential Advisor also prominent Business Man and Kayunga District NRM Chairperson Moses Kalangwa has died at Nakasero Hospital where he was rushed following a terrible accident he got in Kayunga District at Ssuka Village in Kayunga Sub-county.
Karangwa had just graduated less than a month ago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala University following his appointment as Senior Presidential Advisor Special duties just after the January 2026 elections.
The deceased has been a household name in Kayunga District especially in politics of NRM and had severally clashed with former District MP Aidah Nantaba over Land grabbing accusations which she even reported to president Museveni.
Karangwa contested for National Vice Chairperson of NRM in charge of Buganda region in July 2020 and lost to Godfrey Kiwanda Ssubi. He contested again last year on the same position and lost to Kyeyune Haruna Kasolo the then Minister for Microfinance.
