News making rounds this evening indicate that National Unity Platform president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has been shot at in Bulindo, Kiira reportedly by a police officer.

Its not yet clear about the scuffle that led to Bobi Wine’s shooting but we shall indicate updates as of when they come available to us. In the videos making rounds on social media, the NUP president is seen being helped by his handlers to be rushed to hospital.
In other videos, a police officer who is said to be the one who shot the NUP boss is seen moving away on a police patrol vehicle from the scene where the incident took place.
Bobi Wine has been rushed to hospital and being attended to by doctors. This is the second time the firebrand politician is surviving bullets. The first attempt was in August 2018 in Arua City which claimed his then driver Yasin Kawuma.
