Amidst the renewed raids on National National Unity Platform and abduction of their supporters, Bobi Wine has sent a strong message to president Museveni and his government in a new song.

In his new song titled 3rd Revolution, Bobi Wine criticizes of reigning chaos on opposition politicians and parties. The video also features Dr. Kiiza Besigye who was arrested on 16th November last year and presented before the General Court Martial and he’s still incarcerated in Luzira prisons.

The NUP principal also criticizes Museveni’s government of corruption and institutions failing to deliver their best to the citizens they serve. He says the third revolution is on its way but emphasizing it’s not a one-day event.

Bobi Wine in his new song says that the first revolution was people getting rid of colonial role, the second rule has been people losing their goods to corruption and now coming is the 3rd liberation.

Ever since he joined joined politics to dislodge Museveni’s four decade rule, Bobi Wine ceased releasing songs about love or fun but concentrated on political songs he uses to pass on the massage to his supporters. From Tuliyambala engule, Nalumansi, Ogenda among others which are however not played on TVs and Radios.

This song comes at the time National Unity Platform is facing issues following a raid by security teams on their offices in Makerere Kavule and Kamwokya which houses their school of leadership. The party says lots of items were taken including computers, money among others.

Security teams issued a statement revealing that they did the raid on NUP offices after watching a video of NUP supporters doing drills which army and police have since termed as military drills. These say they raided the offices to collect exhibits of NUP doing illegal military activities.

This has elicited mixed reactions with some questioning police and army for raiding offices of a registered party, doing the search in the absence of their leaders and failing to summon them to explain or answer to any inquiries before the raid.
