In the news this evening, the Director of the Internal Security Organization another spy arm of government under state house Brig Gen Charles Oluka has died this evening.
The news of his death started making rounds 10 minutes ago and the Deputy Presidential Press Secretary Kirunda Faruke confirmed the same via his X formerly twitter account. According to Kirunda, the ISO boss died at Sseguku hospital where he had been rushed for medication.

Oluka took the mantle of ISO in October 2020 when president Museveni appointed him to replace Col Kaka Bagyenda who had been at the help of the Spy agency since 2017.
Details surrounding the cause of his death remain scanty.
