The judicial system is in crisis with many cases pending and some have taken years to be concluded. There are cases where people have been many years on remand from 3 to 28 years. This is disregarding one of the fundamental principles of justice that justice shall not be delayed, justice delayed is justice denied. The dispensation of justice in our judicial system is very tedious and slow as a snail.
