In the news this morning, an Assistant Resident City Commissioner serving in Museveni’s government has been killed in cold blood causing pain, grief and sorrow to his family, friends and relatives. Karim Mwase the ARCC of Lira City was brutally murdered and his body dumped in Nakalama sub-county along the Iganga- Bugiri highway in Iganga district. Reports indicate that unknown assailants intercepted Mwase on his way from Bugweri District where had attended a public function on Sunday.
