The National Unity Platform has released names of it’s flag bearers for the upcoming general elections. The lists feature flag bearers for Lord Mayor, Division mayors, Lord Councilors and division councilors.
Lord Mayor flag bearer is Eng Ronald Balimwezo who has been the MP for Nakawa East. Before joining parliament, Balimwezo was the mayor for Nakawa Division. Division Mayors include; Sserunjoji Emmanuel for Kawempe, Buken Ali (Nubin Li) for Nakawa Division, Lusagala Bosco for Makindye Division, Kataabu Moses for Kampala Central Division and Zacky Mberazze Mawula for Lubaga Division.
