The Lutheran Theological college, which operates under the Lutheran Church of Uganda held it’s 6th graduation ceremony in an event which commanded style but also the proclamation of God’s presence and service to the Lord.
The event which was graced by the Lutheran Church’s Bishop the Rt Reverend Charles Bameka was attended by several people and saw 6 people graduating with diplomas in Theology and others got ordained to serve the Lord through ministry.
Among those who were ordained is Rev Safari Romeo of Congolese origin who is in God’s Ministry and serves in Rwamwanga Refugee settlement in Kamwenge district.
Speaking at the graduation, Bishop Bameka urged the graduates to be patient in whatever they. He further emphasized the importance of education in the church which he contends is the foundation of knowledge in God’s service.
“Let us embrace education in the church where God’s servants and knowledgeable, who can understand the word of the Lord and spread the gospel the way it is without changing it’s meaning. I also urge the graduates to be patient in whatever they do and seek God’s guidance in whatever they do”- said Bishop Bameka.
The Lutheran Theological College in Magamaga town council, Mayuge district has graduated hundreds of God’s servants who have attained the knowledge and are into ministering the word of God to the world.
