After punching MP Zaake last week in a hot parliamentary session over a seat in parliament, Kilak North MP Anthony Akol shoot to limelight again like he did in July 2020 when he punched fellow legislator Ondonga Otto.
Zaake and Akol have been trading jibes at each other with the Mityana man urging Akol to apologize or risk being sued while Akol too has maintains his stance that Zaake behaved like a kid in trying to throw him out of the seat.
Media especially X formerly Twitter has been a wash of claims that MP Anthony Akol was involved in an accident recently but to the contrary, he hasn’t got any accident as it’s being reported.
Akol got involved in an accident on 25th April 2019 along the Kampala-Gulu highway in Nakasongora district. The accident happened after Akol who was in the car, a Prado TX with his driver Felix Ongora knocked a cow along Kafu River in Nakasongola district at around 1:00am and was rushed at IHK for further management.
Anthony Akol watered down the accident claims and posted on Twitter in Acholi ‘Kat Nino Maber’ which means that ‘I am very fine’
