News is spreading like wild fire indicating that National Unity Platform (NUP) principal Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine was shot during a scuffle that ensued in Bulindo in Wakiso district this evening.

According to the reports as told by Bobi Wine’s handlers, chaos erupted when police started raining tear gas and live bullets on Bobi Wine and his supporters as they returned from Lawyer George Musisi’s thanksgiving.

However, police on the contrary says it’s officers who were at the scene say Bobi Wine wasn’t shot at but he instead stumbled while entering his car and sustained the injuries but police spokesperson Rusoke Kituuma says the force will carry out investigations to find the facts.
